Süreyya Emre Erdem

Süreyya Emre Erdem is a business leader with over 18 years of experience in sales, business development, and strategic management across industrial technologies and manufacturing. He currently serves as the General Manager Epiroc Türkiye, where he leads the strategic, operational, and cultural transformation of the Customer Center, ensuring alignment with global standards while driving sustainable growth in the Turkish Mining & Infrastructure Industry.

Before joining Epiroc, he spent more than 14 years at SKF Group, holding several key leadership roles including Managing Director and Country Manager for Türkiye, Head of Sales for OEM & Strategic Accounts South Europe and Türkiye, and various commercial and technical management positions.

Süreyya Emre Erdem holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics from Sabancı University and a Master’s degree in Engineering and Technology Management from Boğaziçi University. His early career included engineering roles in robotics and special‑purpose machine design, providing him with a strong technical foundation that complements his commercial leadership.
