Özge Kefeli Erkan

Özge Kefeli Erkan is a distinguished leader with nearly 25 years of experience in field operations and management. Born in 1980, she completed her undergraduate studies in Mechanical Engineering at Kocaeli University and later earned an MBA from Maltepe University. She began her career as a technical sales engineer. In 2014, she joined Atlas Copco, marking a key turning point in her professional journey.

From 2019 to 2022, Özge assumed broader responsibilities, conducting comprehensive regional analyses as part of the Middle East Business Development team. This valuable experience paved the way for her appointment as Division Manager in 2022. Since 2024, she has served as General Manager of the Atlas Copco Power Technique Business Area, overseeing operations in Türkiye, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Iraq, and Pakistan. In this role, she leads complex regional teams and drives growth through her innovative approach.

She is married and the mother of two sons.
