Işıl Yalçın

Işıl Yalçın brings over 25 years of leadership experience in telecommunications technologies, with a distinguished international career spanning Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. During her tenure at Ericsson, she held several senior executive roles, including CEO of Northeast Africa, overseeing operations across Egypt, Sudan, South Sudan, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Djibouti, and Somalia, as well as CEO of Türkiye.Beyond her corporate leadership, Yalçın has been actively involved in the international business community, serving as Deputy Chairperson of YASED.She holds both a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering and a Master of Science in Telecommunication Engineering from Istanbul Technical University. She has also completed executive education programs at leading institutions including Stanford University, Boston University, and University of Pennsylvania Wharton School.Işıl Yalçın is married with two children. In her free time, she enjoys running, Pilates, and spending time with her dog, Benji.
