Ayça Eroğlu

Türkiye General Manager, Systemair

Born in 1979, Ayça Eroğlu graduated from Koç University, Department of Economics after completing her high school education at Nişantaşı Işık High School. She also completed the Boğaziçi University Executive MBA programme. After working as a financial audit at Ernst & Young in the first years of her career, she started working at HSK in 2004. Between 2004 and 2010, Ayça Eroğlu worked at HSK in different departments such as purchasing, foreign trade, sales, marketing, and finance. Ayça Eroğlu, managed the entire operation process of the Systemair HSK merger between 2010-2012, was appointed as the General Manager in 2012. Ayça Eroğlu continues today as Systemair Türkiye General Manager and Vice Chairman of the Management Board and RVM Systems Türkiye Executive Board Member. Ayça Eroğlu also worked as Regin Türkiye Board Member between the years 2018 – 2022.

Eroğlu, who is actively working on increasing the exports of the Turkish air conditioning sector, is an Advisory Board Member within ISKAV (Heating Cooling Air Conditioning Research and Training Foundation), one of the leading NGOs of the air conditioning sector, and Chairman of the International Competition Committee (URK) within İSKİD (Air Conditioning Cooling Air Conditioning Manufacturers Association). She takes an active role as a member of the Entrepreneurship Committee of the Machinery Organized Industrial Zone (MOSB).

Outside the sector, she serves on the Board of Directors of the Swedish Trade Center Association (SCC) and is also a member of the Young Managers and Businessmen Association (GYİAD).
