Nejat Ege

Nejat Ege serves as the General Manager of ABB Motion Türkiye and the Division Manager for Product & High Power, where he leads the strategic direction of six business units. With more than three decades of experience in electrification, automation, motor and drive technologies, and industrial digitalization, he brings together deep technical expertise and strong commercial leadership.

Throughout his career, Ege has consistently delivered sustainable growth across direct and indirect sales channels, large‑scale project execution, and organizational transformation. He elevated the Motion and Automation units into one of Europe’s top-performing sales organizations and has been a driving force behind data-driven operations, sales culture development, and world-class productivity initiatives.

Widely recognized as a leading voice in industrial digitalization, Ege represents ABB across key industry institutions and is a frequent speaker at sector events and academic forums. His leadership is also reflected in his active roles within the Swedish Chamber of Commerce, ENOSAD, the Haliç University Electrical and Electronics Engineering Advisory Board, and the Maçka Technical Education Foundation. Nejat Ege is married with two children
