Sumru Aziz

General Manager, Oriflame

Sumru Aziz is a senior executive with over 15 years of experience in the beauty and FMCG industries, with a strong track record in driving growth, profitability, and brand transformation across Türkiye and international markets.

 She currently serves as General Manager of Oriflame Türkiye, where she leads the overall business strategy and operations. Prior to this role, she held several senior leadership positions within Oriflame, including Marketing Director and Head of Regional Pricing & Category for Türkiye and Africa, where she was responsible for commercial strategy, portfolio management, and margin optimization across diverse markets such as Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Nigeria and Ghana.

Before joining Oriflame, she built extensive expertise in revenue growth management and pricing strategy at Avon and Metro Cash & Carry. She began her career at Nielsen, delivering data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to leading FMCG companies. She combines strong analytical capabilities with strategic leadership.

She holds an MBA from Boğaziçi University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.

In her free time, Sumru enjoys traveling to different countries, exploring new cultures, trying local cuisine and new restaurants, and practices Pilates regularly as part of her commitment to a balanced and active lifestyle.
