Elif Tuzuner

Elif Tuzuner is a Human Resources leader with over 20 years of international experience across Europe, specializing in organizational transformation, people strategy, and leadership development. She currently serves as People Experience Manager at H&M Production, leading global people strategies and driving organizational effectiveness across multiple markets across Europe and Asia.

She has been with H&M for over 10 years, holding various leadership roles and contributing to large-scale transformation, team development, and organizational change initiatives.

Prior to H&M, Elif worked as Managing Partner and Consultant in global organizations where she built and developed people strategies and functions.

Elif holds an MBA degree with honors from Solvay Business School of Economics in Brussels and she studied French Literature at Université de Sorbonne. She is passionate about Middle Age literature and history and is fluent in English and French.

She is dedicated to supporting students and young professionals in the early stages of their careers, helping them identify their strengths and build meaningful paths. A dedicated traveler, she enjoys active sports and has a strong interest in nutrition and well-being.

Elif is a proud mother of a 15-year-old son studying abroad. She shares her home with a dog and a cat, both adopted and very much loved!
